By accessing or using the website at www.unlimitedte.shop (the "Site") or engaging the services of UNLIMITED TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS, LLC ("UNLIMITED TECH," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access the Site or use our services.
UNLIMITED TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS, LLC provides professional computer systems design and related services including systems architecture, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, systems integration, data engineering, DevOps, IT consulting, managed services, and custom software development. Specific scope and deliverables are defined in separate service agreements.
Clients agree to provide accurate information necessary for service delivery; grant reasonable access to systems and personnel; comply with all applicable laws and regulations; maintain confidentiality of account credentials; and not use our services for unlawful purposes.
Deliverables specifically developed for a client under a service agreement become the client's property upon full payment. Each party retains rights to its pre-existing intellectual property. Website content is the property of UNLIMITED TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS, LLC.
Service fees shall be as set forth in the applicable service agreement. Invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. Services may be suspended for accounts past due.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for three (3) years.
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Services will be performed in a professional manner in accordance with industry standards. Services are provided "as is" without other warranties, express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate a service agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice. Client shall pay for services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiations, then binding arbitration in Montgomery, Ohio.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
